We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Desk Analyst - I Specialist to join our client's IT team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting, onboarding, and imaging services. Additionally, this role will offer specialized support to C-Suite executives and handle phone support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide Level I support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including setup and configuration of equipment. (imaging and deployment of IT equipment)
- Perform imaging and deployment of computers and other devices.
- Handle phone support inquiries, including configuration and troubleshooting of mobile and desk phones.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in supporting high-level executives.
- Ensure efficient communication and resolution of issues reported by users.
- Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
- Onsite presence is required to support the C-Suite and other employees effectively.
